@d2 maybe you’re not reading the news but Medtronic’s board has been labeled as the most toxic board in medical devices people are talking about subpoenas for some of the board members
In my view no issues there. we do have other problems tho.
It’s weak because Medtronic employees don’t understand proxy fights Medtronic board is the easiest to subpoena ge guys especially that craig toxic arbold and scott are beyond corrupt there is enough evidence to send them all to prison
