Salary Level N. 6 years of service. offered 14 weeks of base severance pay + 4 weeks bonus severance pay + 8 months of 8% bonus payout. based on other comments from @av and @aw, maybe the base severance is 12 weeks pay for everyone, then it goes up after 5 years of service?

the 8 years getting 18 weeks base, 9 years getting 20 weeks base... me at 6 years getting 14 weeks base, I'm assuming 7 years is 16 weeks base using the process of elimination...

this is truly something. wishing us all peace of mind during this process.

Why are some people getting more weeks of severance in the same position - same team - with the same years than others?

Corporate Director, 9 years, about 115k. 24 weeks severence. Some enhanced service benefit that is 4 weeks of severance. Then bonus severence. All adds to the total.

A better response is going to be weeks not salary since salaries vary by state.

8 years of service offered 18 weeks + 4 weeks “extra” (forgot the term used) plus bonus eligibility. So, in total a little over 5 months.

@ac I wonder if it’s 50% of your annual salary based on what you were making on 12/31/2025?

Anyone know if it’s taxed?

Instead of dollar amount, the number of months of pay that the severance represents would be more helpful. For instance, if you make $100K per year and your offer is $50K, then they’re offering you 6 months of severance.
