Not sure if anyone’s aware. To give you the insider knowledge TR does stack ranking it’s an evil practice. Look it up if you don’t know. And don’t ask me how I know. Just know word spreads around.
TR becoming PIP culture
Hearing that HR is now ramping up PIPs. If support needed on the mid year the guidance is to also put an employee on a pip. There is a push for this. TR is becoming Amazon except for shi*tier pay and now RTO.
